Online Return Policy

At Marcus and Beatty, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you're not happy with your order, send it back to us. Any item that doesn't fall into the category of "Final Sale" can be exchanged for anything else in the store within 14 DAYS of the ARRIVAL DATE of your package, in unworn & unwashed condition. A merchandise credit (valid for 2 years from the issue date) will be given when an exchange isn't applicable. We DO NOT offer refunds. We do not offer price adjustments. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with the original tags attached.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are any items bought at a discount of 25% or more.

EXCHANGES:

The inventory at M&B is constantly changing, so exchanges are not guaranteed but can be requested. We'll process the exchange if the requested item is in stock. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued.

What can be returned?

• Items that are unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Items free of cologne, pet hair, deodorant, smoke, etc.
• Items purchased at regular price.
• Items with tags still attached.

What cannot be returned?

• Items that have been worn or washed.
• Items that smell of cologne or smoke.
• Items with deodorant, or stains of any kind.
• Items with tags unattached.
• Items purchased with store credit or a discount code of 25% or more.
