This year, Rusty the big red dog takes to the skies*, symbolizing the festival’s move across the river to Tuscaloosa. By giving Rusty wings, we celebrate this new journey, but his coin-operated base keeps him grounded in the traditions and history that have made Kentuck so beloved.
